Results are mixed but indicate slightly lower scope sensitivity under relative framing. It also reports notable willingness to pay (WTP), as a one-time tax, for two partial and a full clean-up intervention of 100 km2 of seabed. The paper highlights how subtle survey design choices can influence stated preferences and contributes to a scarce empirical base of welfare estimates for seabed marine debris removal.
